Sugar Creek Astronomical Society is hosting a star party so we are inviting you to join us to for a ride at the trail beforehand. We will have a few dogs on the grill for after the ride but feel free to bring something to grill. Stick around to enjoy some amazing telescopes with these guys. SCAS brings a vast variety of scopes and even has live atronomical videography for viewing. Their star parties tend to draw a large crowd so we thought this would be a great way to be there early and avoid parking issues.
We will meet at Townsend Ridge Trail Head/Hidden Diversity Multi-use Trail for the ride and then head up to the Hobbs Visitor Center for the class and viewing which starts at 8:00 PM.
