ABOUT: The Rogers Cycling Festival consists of several road cycling and mountain bike events held in downtown Rogers, Arkansas. The festival will bring cycling enthusiasts from across the central United States and has something for everyone – from highly skilled and competitive races to family friendly rides. Proceeds from the festival benefit several nonprofit cycling causes in Northwest Arkansas. The Festival is coordinated thru NWA Emerging Leaders as a program of the Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce. The Emerging Leaders Greenways & Trails workgroup links parks, trails and people; to provide, protect, develop and maintain parks, greenways and trails throughout the community; and to promote public awareness of the benefits of green space. All festival funds are kept and managed by the Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce and are included in the chamber’s annual audit.
MISSION STATEMENT: The Rogers Cycling Festival hopes to achieve three things:
- promote health and awareness for cycling in Northwest Arkansas
- raise funding for partner programs that address cycling needs in Northwest Arkansas
